Hollie is incredible. She's a little miracle worker and one of the best, most patient, most genuinely loving coaches out there. Basically, I'm convinced she's a Goddess...

Amy Rose Smurthwaite

Currently training at The Oxford School of Drama

My voice has completed changed since I started having lessons with Hollie. Whilst I always had musicality, I wasn’t really aware of the various tones and depth of my voice and how to achieve what I wanted from it. Hollie has helped me understand how to unlock so many different areas and aspects of my voice. I went to Hollie with a real mental and physical block about singing and she has reignited my love and passion for it! I actually get so excited and look forward to every lesson with her - she goes above and beyond every time and I couldn’t recommend her any more!

Motown: The Musical (UK Tour)

I was genuinely considering to stop singing professionally when the universe sent me to Hollie. My whole body was screaming out with joy when I listened back to the recording of our first lesson. Everyone should have a taste of Hello Vocals. Can't. Recommend. Her. Enough!

Saya Zahawi

Graduate of Rose Bruford College

I’ve been having singing lessons with Hollie for around 5 years, and she is always my go to... If I can manage to nab a lesson with her, as she is so in demand! Hollie’s keen ear and knowledge have helped me to find and strengthen parts of my voice I never thought were possible for me. If a particular technique or exercise isn’t working, Hollie is able to explain it or adapt it into a way suitable for me, and it just clicks. I am also eternally grateful that Hollie helped me to get back on track with my voice during a difficult period when I felt I was going backwards and had lost my way. The change in my voice and the way I approach singing has also had a huge positive impact on my confidence. Hollie is not only a great singing teacher, but a great human - and a constant inspiration.

Michael Larcombe

The Wind in the Willows (West End), Madagascar The Musical (UK Tour)

"Hollie has taught me for over 3 years and is the best singing teacher I have ever had! I gain something invaluable every lesson. Throughout college, I really struggled with singing... I found it so daunting and used to finish lessons in tears. Lessons with Hollie were a completely different experience for me. She is so encouraging and I always leave feeling accomplished, motivated and positive. I feel completely at ease to learn, make mistakes and laugh. I used to mimic other peoples' sound but Hollie has helped me find and like my own sound. The improvement in my voice is ridiculous and that is all thanks to Hollie's patience and amazing vocal exercises! I finally feel like a singer and have a full portfolio of songs I'm confident to sing in auditions!"

Alice Flegg

Stop the Train (UK Tour)

"Hollie Cassar is an incredibly knowledgable and inspirational teacher. Her approach is systematic and thorough, making progress very quickly while paying maximum attention to safe technique. Hollie has a deep understanding of voice use and anatomy of the larynx. She is very good at quickly identifying bad habits or areas to work on, and has the ability to clearly explain each exercise she uses and her reason for introducing it. I have found my journey with Hollie fascinating, motivating and lots of fun! Her lessons are well-structured making it easy to chart progress. Her ability to sight-read and accompany is a great bonus and she has a wealth of knowledge on repertoire. After 6 months of lessons my voice is more whole, stronger, healthier and more controlled than it has ever been, and I have access to a bigger range. My confidence in auditions has therefore vastly improved".

Francesca Loren

Dreamboats and Petticoats (West End)

"I could not recommend Hollie even more if I tried... Every time I have a lesson with her, I leave feeling so confident, knowing exactly what I need to do to nail whatever song we have been working on. She knows what she's talking about!"

Lauren Concannon

Hairspray (UK Tour)

"I am so glad I found Hollie for singing lessons. Whether we have been working on vocal technique, the acting journey of a song or practicing audition material, I've always felt that each lesson has been beneficial. After my first lesson, I was overjoyed by her extensive library of material as we were able to re-vamp my repertoire and find new and exciting pieces to include. Hollie is reliable, knowledgeable and accommodating - I would definitely recommend her!"

Joelle Dyson

Funny Girl (West End), Dreamgirls (West End)

"I highly recommend Hollie as a singing teacher! I always feel pushed in every lesson, whether it be technically or in acting through song. Hollie has great knowledge of vocal technique & is able to relay this in very understandable ways. She also puts emphasis on the importance of connecting this technique with your body and emotions in order for your voice and acting skills to grow as one. I had Hollie as a teacher throughout my training and continued to go for lessons with her after graduating as not only has she helped my voice grow, but she has also helped my confidence increase!"

Gleanne Purcell-Brown

Curtains (West End), Monty Python's Spamalot (UK Tour)

"I decided to start singing lessons to give myself more confidence to sing in front of people, and to improve my vocal skills. Hollie is a wonderful teacher! She's very patient and understanding but also knows when to push you to your full potential. I would most definitely recommend lessons with Hollie to anybody who wants to learn how to sing or brush up on their skills".
